INTRODUCTION

It is an English medium co-educational institution, affiliated under CISCE, New Delhi from Classes Nursery to X (Ten). The school was founded by Oxford Educational Trust with the object of applying education in its true form. It was inaugurated by the pious hands of Swami Atmapriyanandaji of Ramkrishna Vivekananda University, Belur Math, Howrah. The school admits children of all the communities. The medium of education is English. The school is affiliated to the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, NewDelhi. It is one of themost progressive educational institutions in Howrah. Over the years this institution has emerged with an unmatched reputation for progressive educational standard and a culture for all round excellence. The school is supported by committee, trustees board members, dedicated management and an outstanding faculty. We educate children in line with the best prevailing global standards.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES:

MEDIUM OF INSTRUCTION:

The medium of instruction is English. Every effort is being made to make the students conversant with English. All subjects are effectively taught in English. However, the Vernacular Language i.e. Hindi and Bengali are also given due importance. 

I.C.S.E.

The Indian Certificate of Secondary Education has been designed to provide examination in a course of general education, in accordance with the recommendations of the New Education Policy, through the medium of English. This is a Board examination and the standard of the examination pre-supposes a school course of ten years duration (Classes I to X).
