Create a vision and mission in life. Your vision must me bigger than you. If you dream big, big things will happen in your life.

You must develop an infinite capacity to ignore what other say cannot be done. Some people find opportunity in every problem whereas, some people find problem in the middle of every opportunity. Your future depends on many things, but mostly on you. You may succeed if anybody else believe in you, but you can never if you don’t believe in yourself. You are the unique creation of God. Let yourself bloom for what existence has created you. Always remember that the aim of your life is to be a good human being.

I would like to congratulate the ICSE 2023 batch for adding one more golden feather in the crown of Oxford achieving 100% success in ICSE examination. Our topper Arunava Banerjee scored 98.4% marks in ICSE 2023.

I offer my heartiest thanks to all the parents, teaching, non teaching and management staff and the wonderful children for making this school a face in the crowd.

The pursuit of excellence is a dynamic responsibility which must be addressed with adequate gravity and commitment by all the three vertices of the triangle of learning, the parents, the school and the students. The world is constantly in a state of flex. We are enforced to adapt a rapidly changing social, cultural, ethical and ideological environment, Hence, it is very vital for school and parents to establish and nurture core values and life skills crucial for meaningful existence. There is a constant need to develop a conductive learning environment to empower our students with self esteem and confidence.

TIPS FROM PRINCIPAL

Our thoughts create our destiny. If you change your thoughts, your words changes; if you change your words , you action changes; the moment you change your action, your habit changes; when you change your habit, your attitude changes and when you change your attitude, your whole life get changed but we need to begin with our thoughts. Our thoughts about today decide what kind of life we will have tomorrow. So we need to be very cautious about our thoughts. We grow in a world where majority of people may criticise you or use demotivating words for you. Remember your success does not depend on what others think about you but it depends on your own opinion about yourself. Develop an infinite capacity to ignore what other say. Do not limit to those who says you are taking a too big a chance. You already have been given what you needed to begin to create your future. Don't find yourself saying if only I had this, if only this where different, If only I had more money then I could do what I am suppose to do. Don’t wait for special circumstances to act. Use ordinary situation. We do not need more strength, ability or greater opportunity, use what we have, Some people see opportunity in every problem while others see problems in the middle of every opportunity. Eyes that look are common, Eyes that see are rare. How we position our self to see, makes all the difference. You can never see the sunrise by looking at the west. If you look at the life wrong way there is always cause for alarm. What you see depends mainly on what you look for. Some people complain because rose have thorns. Instead be thankful that have roses thorns to predate it. Position yourself to receive not resist. Do not pray for rain if you are going to complain about mud. We do not see the things as they are; we see the things as we are. Opportunities can drop in your lap if you have your lap where opportunities drop, one of the greatest and most universal truth is that when one door opens another closes but often we look so long and regretfully upon closed door that we do not see the one which is open for us. See success where others see only failure. Expect something good to happen. That expectation will energise your dream and give them momentum. God has given each of us an ability to do certain things well. Be what you really are. This is the first step towards becoming better that what you are now. You cannot be common. The common go nowhere. You must be uncommon to be a champion, your responsibility is not to remark yourself but to make the absolute best of what you are made of, your destiny is not a matter of chance, it is a matter of choice. You have to know what you want in order to achieve it. Results and success follow commitment and decisions. Decisions are what transform an idea into reality. What you commit yourself to be will change you from what you are, into what you can be.  Decision determines destiny.

LETTER TO MY BELOVED STUDENTS

My Dear Students,

                           I am writing this letter to remind you that you have come in this world with the great mission and purpose, you must not forget on any moment of your life. It is the high time to decide your goal according to your passion and put your 100% energy with the great faith that no obstacles can stop you to achieve your goal. Your mission must be bigger than you. If you dream big then big thing will happen in your life. What is impossible is your highest responsibility. You must develop an infinite capacity to ignore what others say cannot be done. Your future depends on many things mostly on you. You may succeed if nobody else believe in you but you can never if you don’t believe in yourself. Always trust in God. When you trust in God you will see an opportunity in every problem and not problem in every opportunity. I am glad to see that you are moving steadily along with the journey to success. It is more important to maintain success than to achieve success. You are the unique creation of God. Let yourself bloom for what existence has created you. We will help you as a gardener. Always remember that the most important aim of your life is to be a good human being. I will be the most unhappy if I find that you have achieved the highest peak of success but could not become a good human being in the true sense.
